To reserve your seat in a cohort we will need your application and $50 application fee. These items are found in Steps 1 & 2 and can be completed by clicking the button after each step.

Financial Aid & Payment Options

Apply for financial aid and/or make arrangements for payment. You will need to complete the FAFSA online at https://studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsa. It is in your best interest to complete the financial aid process as early as possible. For assistance, call Concordia’s financial aid help-line at 708-209-3113. To inquire about the Pay-As-You-Go plan, please contact the Business Services Office at 708-209-3241.

Official Transcripts

Arrange for all official, sealed academic transcripts from institutions where degrees were earned to be sent to Concordia University Chicago. For transcript review questions, contact the Office of Graduate Admission directly at 708-209-4093. Official transcripts can be emailed directly from the institution to grad.admission@CUChicago.edu. Please mail transcripts to:

River Forest, IL 60305 ***Please note, once official transcripts are received by the Graduate Admission Office, they can take up to four weeks to reconcile and be added to your admission file.*** Transfer Credit Review Form: Complete this form only if you are requesting to transfer credit from graduate coursework into this program. This form must be completed and returned prior to beginning classes at CUC in order for your transcripts to be evaluated. Request must be submitted at least one week prior to the semester start date.
